Job Summary

Own the BD and marketing engine for law-firm scale, focusing on winning pitches and cross-practice campaigns while keeping CRM healthy and client intel fresh.

  • Pitch and proposal ownership across pitches, RFPs, and client targeting.
  • Integrated marketing, thought leadership, client content, and events from strategy to execution.
  • Market, client, and competitive intelligence driving BD reporting and cross-region collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Co-Lead the development of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Support business development planning, client targeting, and opportunity identification
  • Execute integrated marketing and thought leadership campaigns
  • Draft and distribute client-focused content, including web, email, and social media communications
  • Manage legal directory and award submissions
  • Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and seminars from strategy through execution
  • Conduct client, market, and competitive intelligence research
  • Maintain CRM data and support business development reporting and tracking
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practices, industries, and regions on strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong pitch, proposal, and business development experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience supporting global or cross-border teams preferred
  • Experience with CRM and business development platforms such as InterAction, Foundation, or similar systems is a plus
