Job Summary

Own the local marketing and outreach engine for a mobile dental anesthesiology practice, balancing field visits with content creation and prospecting to build referral networks.

Field & Outreach: Represent the practice at dental offices, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Content: Create social content and maintain brand across platforms while updating the website.
Business Development: Research clinics, run outreach campaigns, and cultivate long term referral relationships.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Content: Create social media content and maintain posting schedules
Marketing & Content: Design marketing and promotional materials
Marketing & Content: Make website updates and assist with content development
Marketing & Content: Help maintain brand consistency across platforms
Business Development & Outreach: Research and build prospect lists of dental clinics and referral opportunities throughout Illinois
Business Development & Outreach: Develop and execute outreach campaigns
Business Development & Outreach: Conduct outreach through phone calls, email campaigns, direct mail, and in-person visits
Business Development & Outreach: Introduce and educate offices on our mobile dental anesthesiology services
Business Development & Outreach: Track outreach activities and maintain organized records
Business Development & Outreach: Help develop long-term referral relationships

Requirements

Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
Reliable personal vehicle required
Comfortable driving to client offices as part of outreach responsibilities
Candidate should provide their own laptop, software subscriptions, equipment, and work tools as needed
Travel expenses will be reimbursed on outreach days
Comfortable balancing office work with in-person outreach

Preferred

Previous experience in marketing, business development, communications, design, healthcare marketing, or related fields strongly preferred
Experience with social media platforms and website editing
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
Healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus
