Job Summary

Own the brand’s social and digital footprint across content, paid media, influencer relations, and cross-channel campaigns with a tight link to DTC and trade marketing, translating moments from wineries and events into measurable results.

  • Social and Content Ownership: create and optimize brand content, campaigns, landing pages, and site UX to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Influencer/Creator Programs: scout, contract, coordinate, and report on partnerships that move awareness and sales while staying on brand.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Develop and produce brand-generated content for social channels, including concepting, shooting, editing, and packaging assets that align with brand voice, visual standards, and evolving platform best practices
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Build, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Proactively track digital performance metrics across all platforms, including audience engagement, reach, and conversion, and produce clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Update and maintain websites with campaign landing pages, optimal SEO content, UX improvements and customer acquisition opportunities
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Lead content capture at wineries, brand events, activations, and other timely opportunities, ensuring high-value moments are translated into compelling, on-brand storytelling across channels
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Support brand campaigns by identifying influencer and PR opportunities to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Stay current on creator and platform trends, bringing forward recommendations to keep brand content culturally relevant
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Manage day-to-day execution of influencer and creator programs, including outreach, contracting, content coordination, approvals, and results tracking. Execute influencer partnerships from initial outreach through content delivery and payment processing
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Leads community management, addressing any negative sentiments and providing best-in-class customer service in the virtual realm
  • Social Media and Digital Marketing: Develop and nurture relationships with external partners including influencers to secure partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values, messaging and deliver measurable results
  • DTC Marketing: Execute creative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, relevancy and sales - draft content, build campaigns, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement and audience growth
  • DTC Marketing: Collaborate with DTC teams to create sales incentives, promotions and strategies for DTC channels
  • DTC Marketing: Lead the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives, including project timelines, budgeting and cross functional communication.
  • DTC Marketing: Collaborate with the events and PR teams to amplify brand initiatives through digital and social channels.
  • DTC Marketing: Coordinate updating and printing of tasting room menus, club sign-up forms
  • Trade Marketing: Manage the development and distribution of merchandising, display and educational materials for the national sales team. Includes sourcing materials, coordinating design, directing delivery, managing inventory and shipping items out to distributors.
  • Trade Marketing: Coordinate promotion of in-market activities, such as winemaker dinners and event appearances
  • Trade Marketing: Liaison with MMD trade marketing to ensure that trade visits meet brand standards and align with expectations
  • Trade Marketing: Develop and design sales education tools using video editing software, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs as needed
  • Trade Marketing: Assist with assembling and shipping mass mailings for trade

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing across a variety of channels
  • BA or BS in marketing or communications, or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with social media marketing, content creation and influencer relations
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office programs as well as WordPress, Klaviyo, Commerce7 and Later
  • Willingness to work on holidays and weekends when applicable
