Job Summary

Own and coordinate support for the real estate marketing engine, focusing on asset creation, brand consistency, and social content across broker and company channels.

Content & Assets: Assist in producing BOVs, brochures, and listing collateral that align with brand standards.
Brand & Social: Create and manage broker and company social content to raise visibility and engagement.
Collaboration & Operations: Coordinate projects, participate in daily meetings, and provide marketing admin support to keep campaigns on track.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of property marketing materials, including BOVs, brochures, and listing collateral
Support brand marketing initiatives to enhance overall company visibility and consistency
Create and manage content for both broker and company social media platforms
Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness and strengthen client engagement
Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate on time-sensitive marketing projects
Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and communications
Provide administrative and operational support related to marketing and office needs
Coordinate marketing projects, maintain social media platforms, and collaborate with the team to drive marketing initiatives

Requirements

Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and nearing graduation, or a recent graduate from an accredited college or university
