Responsibilities

• Represent brands at live events, retail campaigns, and promotional activations
• Drive customer acquisition and sales through face-to-face engagement
• Support and train new team members on sales strategies and product knowledge
• Assist in coaching and leading a team to hit daily & weekly performance goals
• Work alongside leadership to manage accounts and optimize campaign performance
• Track results, KPIs, and identify growth opportunities
• Help develop future leaders within the team
• As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be hands-on in both execution and leadership development
