Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing Directors and Account Managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Coordinate the intake, routing, and publishing of tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
• Create and assign tasks to an internal team of Digital Marketing Analysts and Marketing Automation Specialists
• Analyze project requests and prioritize resources to meet established deadlines while resolving issues proactively
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external clients to identify potential project issues early

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a related role preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing best practices, including digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with project management processes and tools; Asana experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote environment
