Job Summary

Own the data backbone for GTM reporting, turning dashboards into action for sales, marketing, and customer success with a focus on territory trends, ROI signals, and cross-functional insights.

  • Ownership: Build and maintain dashboards across sales, marketing, and CS to monitor pipeline, ROIs, and activation metrics.
  • Analytics: Run territory analysis and ad hoc requests to surface growth opportunities and optimize go-to-market moves.
  • Ops and data quality: Ensure data integrity, manage integrations, and publish training for scalable reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Go-To-Market teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—by developing, maintaining, and monitoring reporting dashboards that track key performance metrics across sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct sales territory analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth or improvement, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data findings.
  • Analyze sales data, deal approval processes, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
  • Review marketing data, including segmentation, campaign performance, and ROI reporting, to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
  • Maintain data quality across various systems, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with internal and third-party data sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Design and improve dashboards, update documentation, and develop training materials to promote scalable reporting practices and effective tool usage among team members.
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests, providing timely insights to support strategic projects and operational needs.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, contributing to process improvements and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, which should be completed by May 2026.
  • You should have at least one year of professional experience in business operations, marketing analytics, sales support, or related fields, including internship or co-op experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret operational data are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce or Marketo, is highly desirable.
  • You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, and lookup functions.
  • Additionally, excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are critical for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in standard office software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also required.
