Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process creative work plans and route creative proofs to appropriate team members for review and approval.
  • Proofread and edit advertising and promotional collateral, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency; communicate necessary revisions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Proofreading of all marketing material for accuracy prior to production.
  • Excellent use of English language with the ability to proofread, copy-write, and correct/use proper grammar.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in meeting those needs without formal direction.
  • Create and process warehouse requisitions, purchase order requisitions, and check disbursement requests for the Marketing Department.
  • Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and timely payment.
  • Submit company events for listing on community and chamber calendars to increase public engagement.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or coordination role preferred.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to self-manage tasks, time, and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project tracking or creative tools is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of discretion and accountability.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License III.
