Own the media billing lifecycle, ensuring invoices align to approved buys, accurate spot costs, and timely communication with senior leaders; operate in Dynamic AX for purchase agreements and POs; partner with agencies to ensure flawless financials and timely closes.

  • Billing accuracy: verify media invoices against approved buys and spot details.
  • Financial systems & procurement: create annual purchase orders and agreements in Dynamic AX, maintain documentation.
  • Stakeholder communication: provide billing clarifications to senior management and coordinate with advertising agencies.
