Job Summary

Own front-office operations and marketing coordination for a behavioral health practice, tying admin intake, records, and scheduling to content creation, social media, and local outreach.

  • Front-office & Admin Ownership: scheduling, intake, records, and client communications.
  • Marketing Content & Social: social posts, graphics, short-form video, and website updates.
  • Community Outreach & Events: plan local outreach and supporting recruitment marketing efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule new and existing client appointments
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Complete client intake and registration processes
  • Enter and maintain accurate client information
  • Assist with referral coordination
  • Maintain electronic records and documentation
  • Assist with provider scheduling
  • Communicate with clients regarding appointments and required paperwork
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in-office Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new software
