Job Summary

Own admissions and census growth for a SNF through targeted marketing, strong physician and hospital relationships, and compliance-driven outreach.

  • Admissions ownership: drive census and revenue by coordinating client needs and facility capabilities.
  • Relationship lead: liaise with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and plans to generate referrals.
  • Marketing engine: develop and direct marketing and PR programs while ensuring adherence to facility policies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • building relationships, patient referrals and admissions.
  • act as a liaison for our skilled nursing facility to hospitals, physicians, health insurance plans, prospective patients and their families.
  • Assess clinical needs of potential residents to assure the facility has the clinical capability to treat the resident.
  • develop, coordinate, direct and administer our company’s marketing and public relations programs and services.
  • Provide admissions that are required to meet the facility’s census and revenue goals.
  • support key relationships with physicians, case managers and other health facility customers by accomplishing specific business goals and ensure that the facility is in compliance with policies and procedures that govern our facilities as it relates to the marketing process.
