Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designs and independently conducts market research, business analytics, customer relationship management, and reporting activities with the primary goal of customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provides reporting and analytical support to the Marketing department in order to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies/campaigns and uses advanced analytics to support the strategic direction of the health system.

Requirements

  • Require a bachelor’s degree in business, Market Research, Statistics, or related field.
  • Require a minimum of five (5) years of relevant business-related experience working with CRM software and data integrity.

Preferred

  • Prefer demonstrated effective computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., v-lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.), Microsoft Access, Power BI, and other relational database packages.
  • Prefer knowledge of EPIC and Cheers CRM platforms.
  • Prefer demonstrated ability to comprehend both micro and macro level views.
  • Prefer demonstrated effective listening, written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to discuss data in a clear and concise manner to a broad and varied audience.
  • Prefer demonstrated ability to work independently and discern priorities and workflow without regular advisement.
  • Prefer demonstrated interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
  • Prefer flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing health care environment and varied workflow.
  • Prefer previous health care experience.
