Job Summary

Own the agent enablement and growth stack by shaping marketing and tech strategy, driving tool adoption, and building collateral that scales brand and pipeline across digital channels.

  • Growth ownership: lead strategy and planning to drive growth, brand consistency, and agent success.
  • Enablement and enablement ops: teach agents to use tools and best practices for digital, email, and social channels.
  • Engagement and enablement programming: design workshops, tutorials, and resource kits to boost visibility and lead generation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing & Tech Strategy and Planning to drive growth, brand consistency, and agent success.
  • Teach agents how to adopt tools and best practices to grow their business across digital, email, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing activities within budgetary parameters.
  • Identify and leverage emerging marketing trends and tools to enhance agent visibility and lead generation capabilities.
  • Contribute to dynamic learning presentations for groups of agents.
  • Create opportunities for agents to expand their professional network through in-office workshops and virtual seminars.
  • Design user guides, video tutorials, and resource kits that empower agents to master the tech platform.
  • Manage a portfolio of top-producing agents with monthly proactive outreach.
  • Provide a clear channel of communication with designated managing brokers regarding agent support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of real estate industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM and other sales tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills
  • Collaborative mindset

Preferred

  • Experience conducting virtual seminars and hands-on workshops.
  • Experience creating easy-to-follow user guides, video tutorials, and resource kits that empower agents to master the tech platform.
  • Experience with brand ambassador activities and promoting company culture.
