Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be a data- and analytics-centered strategic thinker, who also can shape and drive marketing initiatives
  • Own retail performance analytics across products, retailers, and geographies: analyzing data, identifying key drivers, and translating insights into clear business recommendations including reporting and dashboards
  • Design and evaluate tests and initiatives by measuring impact and determining what should be scaled or stopped
  • Partner with sales, account management, operations, and e-commerce to support decision making and ensure alignment
  • Get into the details—store-level performance and real-world execution—not just strategy

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in professional services (consulting, banking, etc.)
  • No prior marketing experience is required
  • But we’re looking for someone who has developed intuition around consumer behavior—whether from working retail earlier in your life, exposure to consumer businesses in consulting or other professional services roles, or simply a strong sense for what motivates people.
