Job Summary

Own cross-functional project delivery with end-to-end ownership, driving timelines and milestones while spotting risks early and escalating clearly to protect delivery outcomes.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and maintain a single source of truth in Smartsheet to track owners, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Demand Gen/Operations: Use AI to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and accelerate status updates across teams.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve ways of working and raise accountability through concise status reporting.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery end-to-end across multiple workstreams
  • Accountable for timelines, milestones, and delivery outcomes
  • Identify risks early and define mitigation plans
  • Escalate issues clearly and prevent delivery impacts
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Define owners, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet
  • Use tools as a system of record for tracking and reporting
  • Leverage AI to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Lead status reporting with clear, concise updates

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes
  • Advanced risk identification and mitigation capability
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Proficient in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools in daily workflows
  • Strong communicator across teams and stakeholders
