Job Summary
Help shape external narratives and manage high impact comms for a digital agency by owning media relations, messaging alignment across multiple teams, and quick-turn executive materials.
- Executive visibility and media: draft pitches, build lists, and coordinate interviews tied to launches and industry moments.
- Cross-team storytelling: serve as the PR hub to align messaging and move workstreams with partner agencies.
- Opportunity tracking and briefs: track coverage, executive mentions, briefing packs, and post-event follow-ups.
Job Description
- Partner with network agencies to draft press releases, pitch and build media lists, develop story angles and support launches (client wins, initiatives, partnerships, thought leadership)
- Serve as a go-to communications liaison across teams and partner agencies, connecting stakeholders, aligning messaging and keeping PR/internal comms workstreams moving
- Pitch media and support inbound opportunities; coordinate interview logistics and briefing materials
- Track and report on press coverage, executive mentions, speaking opportunities and competitive/news moments
- Manage awards and event submissions: calendar, requirements, writing, approvals and post-submission follow-up
- Help prepare for key industry moments and events (conferences, speaking opportunities) by coordinating timelines, materials, briefing docs and follow-up
- Support executive communications: talking points, Q&A, bylines
- Support internal communications: network-wide updates, key announcements
