Job Summary

Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels, turning data into audience insights and measurable acquisition results.

  • Own and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic media with clear budgeting and bidding.
  • Collaborate with Creative and vendors to deliver compelling assets and timely campaign deliverables.
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to connect paid performance with broader audience strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Create and manage campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic media.
  • Set bidding strategies and targeting parameters working within defined campaign budgets.
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
  • Coordinate with advertising vendors on campaign deliverables and tactics.
  • Regularly track campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition) and optimize accordingly.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad variations to maximize performance.
  • Adjust targeting and bidding strategies based on campaign insights.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, media relations, public affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills with fluency in Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign objectives.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager a plus.
  • Focus on advocacy advertising preferred.
