Job Summary

Own end-to-end demand generation and SEO programs that drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline, while leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Content, Creative, and Product Marketing to accelerate customer acquisition.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across organic search, paid search, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and retargeting channels.
  • Develop lead generation and lead nurturing programs designed to increase marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead handoff processes, lead quality, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute digital campaigns that drive demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly demand generation goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO roadmap designed to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and lead conversion.
  • Conduct content gap analyses, keyword research, competitor analyses, audience research, and SERP landscape evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that support both brand awareness and lead generation objectives.
  • Monitor search performance and continuously refine strategies based on emerging opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

  • Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and lead generation best practices.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead management, and performance marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
