Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support demand generation and revenue goals across key audience segments.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, audience segmentation, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize qualified lead volume and ROI.
Develop compelling value propositions, ad copy, and messaging that improve click-through and conversion rates.
Build and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Run A/B tests across bidding strategies, keywords, ad groups, ad copy, landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and offers; apply learnings to improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and HubSpot, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting across the marketing funnel.
Audit campaigns regularly to ensure budget pacing, tracking accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to Google Ads best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through testing, automation, audience refinement, and emerging Google Ads features.

Requirements

3–5+ years of proven success managing Google Ads campaigns and driving SMB demand generation with a defined MQL quota.
Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and booked demos through paid search.
Experience building and optimizing high-converting landing pages using platforms.
Experience using heat mapping and user behavior tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking best practices.
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with data-driven attribution models and marketing funnel metrics is a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale campaigns.

Nice_to_have

Experience marketing to dentists, healthcare providers, or other SMB professional services audiences.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
Working knowledge of SEO and AI Search visibility.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with the Challenger sales methodology.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.

Benefits

OTE: $80,000 - $105,000
Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Target Bonus: $10,000 - $20,000 annually based on individual and company performance.
