Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mix / Standard of Care Optimizations: Execute data-driven protocol and mix analyses. Each project requires detailed client segmentation, iterative analysis, and direct engagement with doctor-partners to translate findings into clinical action.
  • Client Retention & Education Campaigns: Build and scale client engagement streams through vendor-sponsored offerings to drive measurable retention and EBITDA lift. Support campaign segmentation and iteration to maximize program effectiveness across the portfolio.
  • Online Pharmacy Trainings & Optimizations: Drive adoption of best practices to assist in online pharmacy revenue growth. Lead and scale one-to-many training programs while managing the hospital-by-hospital follow-through required to convert training into sustained revenue lift.
  • Partner directly with DVMs, technicians, and CSRs to support understanding, adoption, and execution of growth initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with clinical and client service teams, tailoring messaging to different roles within the hospital
  • Act as a liaison between strategy teams and frontline staff, ensuring initiatives are grounded in clinical and operational realities
  • Support the development of scalable playbooks, tools, and resources that enable teams to execute independently
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that can be effectively discussed with veterinary teams
  • Support ongoing performance conversations by helping teams understand what the data is saying and how to respond
  • Build trust-based relationships with hospital teams and operations team through strong communication and follow-through
  • Surface feedback from veterinary teams to refine tools, messaging, and initiatives over time
  • Contribute to broader Growth & Enablement projects that support scalable value creation across the portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and client service representatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical, operational insights – Excel, ChatGPT
  • Established proficiency with financial statements
  • Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships across clinical, operational, and corporate teams
  • Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site operations strongly preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to partner credibly with veterinarians, practice managers, technicians, and client service representatives, balancing respect for clinical autonomy with a focus on performance improvement
  • A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, including segmentation, iterative testing, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging appropriately for DVMs, technicians, CSRs, and operations leaders
  • High ownership and accountability, with a bias toward action and measurable results
  • Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking feedback and refining playbooks, tools, and enablement resources over time
  • Comfort operating in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution at the hospital level
  • A passion for supporting high-quality medicine and client experience while driving sustainable financial performance

Preferred

  • Experience translating strategy into frontline execution in multi-site, healthcare, or veterinary environments
  • Strong analytical capability, including comfort working in Excel and leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, with the ability to move from raw data to clear, actionable recommendations
  • Financial acumen, including proficiency in interpreting P&Ls, understanding revenue mix, margin drivers, and the operational levers that impact EBITDA
  • Comfort operating in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution at the hospital level
  • A collaborative, low-ego mindset and a natural inclination to build trust-based relationships across clinical, operational, and corporate teams
