Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing strategies across clients, brands and channels
• Manage day-to-day client communications and support relationship management
• Build, launch and optimize campaigns across channels including email, paid media, social, search and partner platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting, highlighting key insights and optimization opportunities
• Assist in budget tracking and performance pacing across campaigns
• Develop campaign recaps and performance summaries based on data and best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, operations and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Manage vendor execution to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
• Identify opportunities for optimization and incremental growth within existing campaigns

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with paid media platforms (e.g., SEM, paid social)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms
• Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Client-facing or account coordination experience preferred
• Experience with basic HTML or design tools is a plus
