Job Summary

Own the US paid growth engine across Meta and Google, bridging HQ standards with local optimization, and drive high-velocity creative testing, funnel optimization, and new channel experiments for a travel/experiential brand.

  • Own US paid campaigns: strategy, budget allocation, architecture, bidding, and pacing aligned to global framework.
  • Lead creative testing and landing-page optimization to lift bookings from click to conversion.
  • Own data-informed decisions using HQ tools and pull-through to budget and creative shifts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • US paid growth, end to end campaign management: own US strategy and performance across Meta and Google (and more, based on test results) — budget allocation across launch metros, campaign architecture, bidding, optimisation and pacing.
  • Work in synergy with HQ Growth Team: adhere to global campaign structure, naming conventions, reporting standards, KPI definitions, tooling, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and testing/optimization methodology.
  • Creative testing at volume: run a high-velocity creative testing pipeline — hooks, formats, angles, and messaging — using an AI-assisted ad production system with creators and the brand team.
  • Landing pages & conversion: own the paid funnel after the click — destination and campaign landing pages, page testing, and CRO from click to booking intent.
  • Tentpole campaigns: plan and execute the US side of global booking windows — Early Bird, Black Friday — including offer framing, creative, budget surge, and post-mortem.
  • New channel tests: size, test, and decide on scaling new demand sources — TikTok ads, YouTube, affiliates — with a written case and post-test readout.
  • Data-informed decision-making: analyze campaign and product performance using HQ tools (BigQuery, Amplitude) and create governance-ready insights to shift budget and creative effort; own the readouts, not wait for HQ.
  • Measurement & the weekly read: own US paid reporting — spend, CAC, conversion, creative winners/losers — and deliver candid, attribution-aware results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on performance marketing for a consumer brand, with Meta as the primary channel — ideally high-ticket purchases (travel, experiences, fitness, education, membership).
  • Fluency in Meta with audience-centric thinking over ad-set architecture; Google proficiency including PMAX, scripts, geo variations.
  • Creative judgment plus high-volume iteration using AI tools to produce and test ad creative rapidly, with ability to spot winning hooks.
  • Landing page experience: brief a page, test it, and read results without heavy data-team support.
  • Analytical honesty: report true numbers and acknowledge attribution limits.
  • Comfort in a matrix: ad accounts live with HQ while US outcomes live with you; influence through clarity and results.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Preferred

  • You have experience running paid for travel, experiences, or community brands or launching a European brand in the US.
  • Experience with TikTok ads, YouTube, or affiliates beyond Meta and Google.
  • Knowledge of SEO/content or lifecycle marketing; views paid as part of a broader demand system.
  • Experience building or using AI-powered creative/marketing tooling.

Benefits

  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Health & Dental insurance
  • $1,400/year travel discount in our WeRoad trips
  • Trust-based holidays – 4 weeks per year
  • New parent support – $3,600/year gross for 3 years after birth/adoption
  • Performance-based discretionary bonus
  • Extra benefits – wedding bonus $1,000, 5-year bonus, and ongoing learning opportunities
