Job Summary

Own TikTok Shop growth end to end for a DTC beauty brand, building creator-led conversion, testing offers, and cross-channel scale.

  • Own TikTok Shop GMV and creator partnerships with repeatable seeding, briefing, tracking, and scaling processes.
  • Coordinate paid media ops across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms while testing new audiences and formats.
  • Improve site experience and merchandising through education-led storytelling, bundles, and CRO-driven landing pages.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help stand up and own TikTok Shop as a core growth channel, with responsibility for driving GMV growth and performance.
  • Partner with our Sr. Manager of Influencer to identify, onboard, and manage creators who can drive measurable sales. Build repeatable systems for creator-led conversion (seeding, briefing, tracking, scaling).
  • Continuously test offers, bundles, and assortment formats specific to both DTC & TikTok commerce.
  • Partner with paid and organic teams to amplify high-performing creator content.
  • Manage day-to-day paid media operations across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Proactively identify and launch new paid growth opportunities, including testing new platforms, audiences, and creative formats.
  • Partner with agencies to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against CAC, ROAS, acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Own weekly creative testing pipeline, ensuring a consistent cadence of new concepts and iterations.
  • Coordinate asset development, approval process and trafficking of UGC, founder, and performance-driven creative.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand positioning while delivering on performance KPIs.
  • Support budget pacing and flag risks/opportunities to leadership.
  • Execute and continuously improve site experience, with a focus on education- and storytelling-led conversion.
  • Build and optimize routine-based merchandising, including bundles and system-led selling.
  • Partner with design and development teams to implement UX and CRO improvements.
  • Test and iterate on landing pages, PDP storytelling, and conversion flows
  • Support A/B testing initiatives focused on CVR, engagement, and AOV.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or growth (beauty or DTC preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, TikTok) and agency management
  • Experience in high-growth, test-and-learn environments.
  • Experience launching or scaling new channels or growth initiatives
  • Experience with creator-led commerce or affiliate revenue models preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar ESP) and using AI platforms to streamline and drive efficiencies across select workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, GMV)
  • Experience working with UGC and creator-driven content.
