Job Summary

Own a multi-client ads operation and build a high performing team focused on retention, budgeting, and client outcomes while driving process improvements and cross-functional alignment.

  • Team leadership and capability building: hire, train, coach, and develop Digital Advertising Consultants and Supervisors.
  • Account governance and client outcomes: manage budgets, KPI reporting, billing reconciliation, and escalation for high-profile accounts.
  • Ops and cross-functional alignment: standardize processes with OEM, sales, and SEO teams to reduce churn and improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of digital advertising consultants to achieve company metrics including churn rate, budget goals, monthly contact rate, and account performance
  • Hire, terminate, and oversee employees while developing training curriculum for Digital Advertising Trainees and the broader team
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to ensure continuous feedback and professional growth
  • Act as a primary escalation point for high-profile clients and complex account issues
  • Oversee budget management and updates on a monthly basis
  • Maintain KPI reports to be shared with senior management
  • Ensure accurate monthly billing and reconciliation reporting in partnership with the billing team
  • Hold Digital Advertising Supervisors accountable for ensuring their teams meet company KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Support OEM digital advertising programs in collaboration with the OEM team
  • Train, coach, and mentor digital advertising consultants to deliver outstanding client service and maximize account retention

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years’ experience in digital ad operations and programmatic advertising
  • 5 years’ experience in management role
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple digital advertising clients
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines
