Responsibilities

The Manager role is to provide the highest level of leadership on a significant piece of a client’s business. Managers have an expertise in all digital media principles and the ability to apply these to defining, planning and executing against a client’s objectives. A successful Manager must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work with and guide a team of account managers responsible for client service. The Manager must lead and foster a strong level of integration of PHD among all groups within the Agency.

  • Account Management & Business Growth
  • Execute Client level alignment and integration inclusive of Investment brief
  • Achieve client sign-off on contract, timelines and deliverables
  • Ensure agency and clients provide P&O team all necessary requirements for best in class programmatic planning and activation. Develop communication plan resulting in consistently delivered requirements
  • Deep proficiency in all integrated PHD partners (buying platforms, data, etc.); able to plan campaigns based on partner(s) technology capability/functionality
  • Developing planning objectives and strategies that are in line with the client’s marketing direction while continually seeking a consumer-centric view in all strategic thinking
  • Creating and maintaining solid client relationships at Strategist to Associate Director level on the client teams, including: strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication
  • Creating and maintaining productive internal team relationships that ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and selling ideas internally ranging from campaign optimization strategies to client management
  • Developing a deep understanding of a client’s campaign and digital marketing business needs to service them effectively and convey their needs to internal teams and external partners
