Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Tech Innovator: Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams. Develop your skills as a subject matter expert of our tools and capabilities based on client verticals or domains.
  • Project Delivery Lead: Lead and coordinate operational initiatives and client‑impacting projects from intake through execution, ensuring clear scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery. Track progress, surface risks, and drive resolution in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies. Champion product and process adoption across your team.
  • Efficiency Expert: Use tools and analysis of team data to recommend cross-functional workflows to support successful affiliate marketing campaigns and proactively identify and recommend improvements to our processes and workflows.
  • Solutions Advocate: Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships. Provide troubleshooting support and share best practices for program and technology management. Participate in cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Documentation Creator: Create and maintain up to date documentation so that our teams have reliable resources and can execute tasks appropriately.
  • Peer Mentor and Advisor: Support team member onboarding and training, help guide junior team members, and support team growth and development by acting as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
  • Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) and Project Management tools (Asana, Teamwork) a plus
  • High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
