Drive marketing operations and budget control in a remote role with BI and CRM tooling to optimize spend and vendor relationships.

Analyze, forecast, allocate, and track marketing budgets.
Develop and maintain real-time reports to monitor spending against goals and KPIs.
Conduct spend reconciliation against purchase orders and invoices.
Research, engage, and negotiate with external vendors.
Maintain vendor contracts, ensuring operational, technical, and financial compliance.
Track vendor performance and manage relationships effectively.
Map, analyze, and enhance departmental procedures for efficiency.
Implement and manage changes in processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM) to gather insights.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on budget management, vendor relationships, and process improvement.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Copywriting experience with an understanding of SEO principles.
This position requires the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
