Job Summary

Own the analytics backbone for pharma and healthcare campaigns, turning data into action across HCP and DTC programs.

  • Campaign Analytics & Reporting own dashboards, KPI tracking, and cross-channel reporting to surface trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Measurement & Accountability help implement KPI frameworks and streamline analytics workflows for faster decisioning.
  • Translate analytics into business recommendations that improve audience engagement and media efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Analytics & Reporting: support analytics and reporting initiatives across HCP and DTC / patient campaigns
  • Develop dashboards, campaign reporting, KPI tracking, analytical summaries, and optimization reports
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of analytics deliverables across channels and campaigns
  • Measurement & Accountability Support: support implementation of client-specific measurement plans and KPI frameworks
  • Insight Generation & Optimization: analyze campaign and audience performance data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities to improve engagement and channel performance
  • Workflow & Operational Management: manage day-to-day analytics workflows and reporting timelines
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with business analytics, audience strategy, data science, data management, comms design, and investment teams
  • Advanced Analytics Support: support implementation of emerging measurement methodologies including attribution, audience quality analysis, and incrementality
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, campaign analytics, or media analytics
  • Healthcare/pharma analytics experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of HCP media ecosystems, DTC / patient engagement analytics, campaign reporting, and media performance measurement
  • Experience with Tableau or BI platforms, Excel, SQL preferred
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks, audience analytics, and optimization reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment
