Job Summary
Own the end to end lens on HCP and consumer research, turning qual and quant signals into actionable audience insights that shape Creative Briefs and long term brand playbooks.
- Research & Insights: Design and synthesize studies, extract patterns, and translate findings into briefs and strategy.
- Strategic delivery: Lead Creative Brief development and ensure strategic pull through across workstreams and workshops.
- Audience media strategy: Map target interactions with the media universe to inform HCP/consumer strategy and cross functional briefs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and evaluate HCP and consumer research, both qual + quant and identify and extract interesting patterns from relevant data
- Utilize research learnings to develop insights about are target audiences that will inform Creative Briefs and short and long-term brand strategy
- Help lead in the development and creation of Creative Briefs and oversee the strategic pull-through of the work
- Help lead in the creation and facilitation of workshops
- Create clear and strategic presentations
- Understand how our targets interact with the media universe, and leverage that into our HCP or consumer strategy
- Work with other Brand Strategists to develop comprehensive picture of target behavior
