Job Summary

Own the dual-brand education engine by building a shared, scalable content system for professional and consumer audiences while preserving distinct brand voices.

  • Education Portfolio: Own the end-to-end education content library across SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science, including training, clinical data, and patient tools.
  • Content Operations: Lead a unified editorial calendar, cross-brand collaboration, and MLR compliant asset production for multiple professional audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Dual-Brand Education Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated education content strategy for both SkinCeuticals and skinbetter science, honoring each brand's distinct positioning and audience
  • Editorial Calendar: Build and manage a unified editorial calendar spanning product training, clinical education, treatment protocols, ingredient science, and skin health topics across both brands
  • Synergies and Distinction: Identify synergies and efficiency opportunities between the two brand content libraries without compromising brand distinction
  • Cross-Brand Alignment: Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, Marketing, and Sales leadership across both brands to align content priorities with business objectives
  • Product Training & Onboarding: Develop product training guides and professional onboarding modules
  • Ingredient Deep-Dives: Create ingredient and formulation deep-dives (antioxidants, retinoids, peptides, SPF science)
  • Clinical Summaries: Produce clinical study summaries and efficacy data sheets for HCPs
  • MLR Compliance: Maintain scientific accuracy and navigate MLR reviews for both brands
  • Audience Adaptation: Adapt content tone and format for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic professionals, and consumers
  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement tools, decks, and leave-behinds

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 5+years in content management, scientific/medical writing, ideally in aesthetics, dermatology, pharma, or medical devices
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic dermatology, skincare science, and the professional aesthetics market
  • A thorough and up-to-date competitive understanding of the aesthetics industry is a must, including awareness of competing brands, emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving HCP needs
  • Prior experience managing content across multiple brands or product lines strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Experience navigating MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) review processes
  • Technical Skills: Ability to interpret, simplify, and communicate clinical data, ingredient science, and efficacy research for varied professional audiences
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with design collaboration tools (Canva,Articulate,Adobe Suite, Figma)
  • Soft Skills: Collaborative and relationship-driven with internal and external stakeholders
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex, dual-brand workloads and deadlines
