Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented Mail Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process of our postal marketing campaigns.
• This role ensures that all letters, postcards, and other mailed materials are prepared, distributed, and tracked efficiently to support our marketing and client outreach efforts.
• Prepare and organize mailouts, including letters, postcards, and other marketing materials.
• Generate and maintain accurate distribution lists using company applications.
• Coordinate with departments and leadership to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with graphic design or other teams as needed for content, visuals, and branding.
• Track responses, returns, and follow-up actions to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with distribution lists and basic mailing processes.
• Good communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Preferred

• Experience with marketing mailouts is a plus.
