Own and optimize the tenant journey from inquiry to onboarding, coordinating tours, leases, move-ins, and ongoing hospitality and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and follow up with prospective tenant inquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct private suite tours.
  • Maintain our CRM and prospect pipeline.
  • Manage the waitlist.
  • Guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and onboarding.
  • Manage social media content and stories.
  • Create tenant spotlight features.
  • Maintain our website.
  • Update suite availability.
