Job Summary

Drive luxury real estate sales by building a targeted lead pipeline, converting buyers with strong consultations, and securing signed listings and offers.

  • Primary: Generate leads weekly using PLACE tools for high-price buyers and sellers.
  • Must-have: Active real estate license and proven prospecting with a pipeline.
  • Standout: In-house marketing and PLACE platform support for faster, higher-end closings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads consistently using PLACE systems every week. A luxury pipeline doesn't build itself any faster than a standard one — it just requires a more targeted approach. You'll use PLACE lead generation tools to stay in front of the right buyers and sellers in the higher price points.
  • Host two open houses per month. In the luxury segment, open houses are as much about brand impression as they are about foot traffic. You'll show up prepared, present the property well, and use every event as an opportunity to meet serious buyers.
  • Conduct buyer consultations and convert with signed agreements. Luxury buyers have higher expectations and more questions. You'll guide them through the process with confidence, set clear expectations early, and secure signed buyer agreements before you start spending time in the car.
  • Write and negotiate offers for buyers and sellers. When the stakes are higher, the negotiation matters more. You'll advocate for your clients on price, terms, and contingencies — and you'll have the training and scripts to do it well.
  • Consult with sellers and convert to signed listings. Getting a luxury listing requires trust. You'll demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and high-end marketing so sellers feel confident putting their biggest asset in your hands.
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team training. Sharp communication is a non-negotiable in this market. Weekly script practice, partner calls, and 1:1 coaching sessions are how you stay on top of your game — not just when you're new, but long-term.
  • Track all activity and client progress in PLACE Technology. Staying organized at a higher price point is critical — longer timelines, more complex transactions, and higher-expectation clients require you to be on top of every detail. PLACE keeps it all in one place.

Requirements

  • Active real estate license required
  • Experience in real estate sales preferred — luxury segment experience a plus, but the right mindset and work ethic matter just as much
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and manage a pipeline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — luxury clients expect professionalism at every touchpoint
  • Skilled at building trust quickly and handling objections without getting rattled
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex transactions with multiple moving parts
  • Comfortable learning and applying scripts and sales dialogues
  • Full-time commitment — all Limbird agents are career professionals, not part-timers
