Job Summary

Own the rewards marketing for a Credit Card suite, aligning product priorities with multi-channel campaigns that drive enrollment and balance growth.

  • Growth/Engagement: Lead integrated, data-driven campaigns across email, site, mobile, and direct mail to move the audience from awareness to activation and ongoing use.
  • Strategy & Alignment: Develop a program-level roadmap, prioritize high-leverage activities, and secure cross-functional buy-in from product, analytics, design, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing ownership of customer Rewards program across Credit Card suite
  • Build customer-centric marketing strategies based on business priorities
  • Develop a program-level strategic roadmap, and prioritize activities to ensure highest leverage work is completed, with eye for efficiencies
  • Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders and gain alignment on vision and tactical strategies
  • Drive engagement and retention of customers across the full lifecycle through marketing of rewards-driven benefits.
  • Lead Total Rewards-driven credit card marketing strategies; encourage enrollment and balance growth across our eligible credit cardholder populations and ongoing monitoring of program positioning, customer feedback, and Enterprise-level priorities.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including Product, Business, Creative, Analytics, Design, etc. to deliver multi-channel marketing strategies that drive strong customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Deliver creative excellence through end-to-end creative development, from creative brief to development to implementation of tactical marketing campaigns, primarily in owned channels (email, site, mobile, and direct mail).
  • Establish foundational elements of product positioning, such as audience personas, marketing claims development, and creative toolkits.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on target audience behaviors and understands how to translate value proposition into messaging that resonates with desired audience.
