Job Summary

Lead local brand activation and referral efforts through in-person events, social content, and weekly reporting.

Drive first-time signups via local referrals and conversations.
Create monthly local content and track activity with the program manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

In-Person Activation:
Represent the brand at local events, markets, and community gatherings.
Distribute promotional and referral materials, engage with residents and local businesses, and establish a consistent brand presence.
Coordinate with local business partners as needed.
Referral Driving:
Proactively share your unique referral code through face-to-face conversations, as well as local digital channels (e.g., text, Nextdoor, Facebook groups).
Focus on driving first-time customer sign-ups—your primary performance metric.
Social Content Creation:
Produce and post four pieces of content per month to your social accounts:
2x Local Business Spotlights (30–60 seconds, showcasing an order or service with an authentic review)

Requirements

Must be a resident of Woodbury, TN; Waconia, MN; or Cobleskill, NY.
Existing presence and engagement on social media, with a local following preferred.
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable with face-to-face and online community outreach.
Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally.
Available to work approximately 10–15 hours per week for a 4-week program.
