Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with Vincere’s corporate, scientific, and partnering goals, maintaining a consistent brand identity
  • Write and edit high impact interesting out-of-the-box LinkedIn posts, videos, carousels, and short form thought leadership content
  • Accurately translate complex scientific concepts (e.g., mitophagy, mitochondrial quality control, disease modification) into accessible, engaging narratives and storytelling
  • Tailor appropriate messaging for multiple audiences, including pharma BD, investors, clinicians, scientists, and general biotech followers
  • Collaborate with internal team members to identify timely milestones and be comfortable working independently in a fast paced, remote environment
  • Advise on best practices for LinkedIn algorithm growth, engagement, and audience targeting
  • Deliver content on tight timelines and adapt quickly to feedback, remaining highly organized and reliable

Requirements

  • Required: MS, PhD, or similar expertise in a scientific or medical discipline
  • Required: Minimum of 5,000 personal followers on LinkedIn, with demonstrated engagement and content reach
