Job Summary

Own end to end email and outreach for trader lifecycle, owning strategy, flows, segmentation, and deliverability to move active traders through onboarding, reactivation, and retention.

  • Email and outreach ownership: strategy, automation flows, lifecycle signals across welcome, onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, payout milestones
  • Deliverability and segmentation: maintain sender reputation, list hygiene, targeting precision, and inbox placement
  • Multichannel execution and measurement: align with marketing/content, run tests, report open/click/conversion with business impact
