Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end email strategy and execution across the funnel to drive conversions.
  • Create and manage triggered and personalized campaign flows.
  • Write compelling email copy and refine content from others.
  • Segment audiences using data-driven insights to maximize relevance.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across teams, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Oversee growth and maintenance of email lists with compliance and hygiene.
  • Monitor and analyze full-funnel performance, including ROI.
  • Design robust A/B tests to improve campaign results.
  • Develop and optimize email schedules and workflows for timely deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement with the latest email and automation practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
  • HubSpot certification
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with multi-tasking ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with leaders and thinkers
  • B2B SaaS experience is preferred
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Asana Project Management experience is a plus
