Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow your real estate business
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
• Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth closings
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial inquiry to closing documentation and follow-up

Requirements

• Active Georgia real estate license required to join (but not to apply)
• At least 1 year of residential or commercial real estate experience preferred
• Knowledge of local market and regulations
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled in real estate software and CRM
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Dedicated to exceptional customer service
• Open to ongoing training and development
