Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners interested in selling.
• Understand their goals and explain all available selling options.
• Identify homeowners who are a good fit for listing on the MLS.
• Schedule appointments with our trusted partner agents.
• Follow up with homeowners and maintain CRM records.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
