Responsibilities

• Leading the leasing team to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
• Managing the leasing process from tours to move-ins, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
• Creating and executing property marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media, and outreach.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor properties to keep strategies competitive.
• Overseeing resident retention efforts, renewal processes, and resident events.
• Training and mentoring leasing staff to provide top-tier customer service.
• Reporting leasing performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to the Property Manager and leadership team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, marketing, or property management (multi-family preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of hitting leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Proficiency in property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• ADA Physical Requirements of the Position: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods, climb stairs, walk community grounds, and lift 15 pounds.
