Responsibilities

• Greet and engage shoppers at high-traffic retail locations
• Start friendly conversations to inform them of home improvement services available
• Provide basic info—no technical knowledge required
• Collect information and book appointments for follow-up
• Work independently after 1-on-1 training with your local trainer

Requirements

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Comfortable talking to strangers in public settings
• Background in Home Improvement, Sales, or Retail preferred
• Goal-oriented and performance-driven
• High School diploma or GED required (Must be at least 18 years of age or older)
