Job Summary

Own the recruitment and campus marketing engine for Kummer College and the Jaggi School of Business, owning events, partnerships, and outreach that move enrollment and brand awareness.

Marketing & Communications: Shape and execute campaigns and partner programs across colleges to boost inquiries and visits.
Events & Partnerships: Plan campus events, high school visits, and articulation updates with community colleges to streamline transfers.
Outreach & Enablement: Manage social channels, ambassadors, and Slate CRM driven prospect tracking to guide recruitment strategy.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop and execute strategies for Kummer College and Jaggi School of Business.
Responsibilities: Create engaging marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Suite for brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms for Kummer College and Jaggi School of Business, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Responsibilities: Identify opportunities with faculty and educational partners to create events that impact enrollment and brand awareness.
Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of events including room arrangements, catering, and AV/tech setup.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for vendors, speakers, and instructors.
Responsibilities: Build a plan to visit high schools, arrange travel, and establish new partnerships with partnering schools.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with admissions to develop a recruitment strategy and review data to decide which fairs and schools to attend, traveling to events in Missouri and surrounding states with overnight stays.
Responsibilities: Give presentations in classrooms or to prospective student groups across Missouri, in person or via Zoom.
Responsibilities: Use Slate CRM to track prospects and applicants and contribute ideas to increase outreach.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of related experience.

Nice_to_have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education or related field.
Nice_to_have: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, outside sales, or related roles.
Nice_to_have: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice_to_have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite; experience with Slate.
Nice_to_have: Ability to manage multiple tasks and comfortable presenting to large groups.
Nice_to_have: Experience in social media marketing.
Nice_to_have: Independent yet team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice_to_have: Highly organized and adaptable to change.
