Own Klaviyo builds from Figma to polished email & SMS flows and audience segments.
Must-have: Deep Klaviyo backend knowledge and ability to translate designs into live campaigns.
Standout: Proactive in catching issues and optimizing flows with cross-team collaboration.

Transferring Figma-designed email campaigns and flows into Klaviyo with precision and polish
Scheduling campaigns and managing a campaign calendar
Building and maintaining audience segments with a strategic eye
Creating and optimizing pop-ups and sign-up forms
Managing and improving cart abandonment and SMS flows
Growing and managing our SMS list alongside our email list
Utilizing Klaviyo's full feature set to improve performance and customer retention
Running A/B tests, drawing clear conclusions from the results, and implementing improvements
Monitoring and maintaining list health — managing suppressions, cleaning the list, and protecting deliverability
Pulling regular performance reports and proactively sharing insights on open rates, click rates, revenue per email, flow performance, and list growth

Strong Klaviyo backend knowledge — this is a must
A sharp design eye and the ability to translate Figma files into polished, on-brand Klaviyo builds
Strong copywriting skills with an instinct for brand voice and original messaging
