Job Summary

Drive a clean Klaviyo setup for Shopify with a branded template and basic flows, plus a quick internal walkthrough.

  • Own a Klaviyo–Shopify integration and branded email template.
  • Create and document basic flows (Welcome and Abandoned Cart) that are easy to edit and duplicate.
  • Provide a quick Loom walkthrough or notes for internal self-management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Connect and organize Klaviyo with our Shopify store
  • Set up a clean, easy-to-use email template
  • Build basic flows so we can continue managing emails ourselves
  • Ensure Klaviyo is properly integrated with Shopify
  • Create basic flows: Welcome flow
  • Create basic flows: Abandoned cart
  • Make everything easy to edit
  • Make everything easy to duplicate for future emails
  • Provide a quick walkthrough (Loom or notes) on how to use it

Requirements

  • Experience with Klaviyo + Shopify integration
  • Able to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working on a small, clearly defined project

Preferred

  • Basic design sense (clean, minimal aesthetic)
  • Experience with ecommerce brands
