Job Summary

The role supports day-to-day creative production, brand campaigns, and coordination for the Director – Creative Services, helping keep projects on track. It requires a technical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, strong organization, and knowledge of media workflows. Preferred qualifications include multimedia marketing experience and a degree in Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Production & Workflow Support - Supports day‑to‑day creative production by assisting with asset creation, file preparation, tracking deadlines, and coordinating delivery. Applies established workflows to help keep projects moving efficiently, escalating issues.
  • Brand & Campaign Execution — Assists in executing marketing and promotional campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social platforms while applying brand consistency. Helps ensure creative reaches intended audiences and supports the overall quality, accuracy, and brand integrity.
  • Research, Coordination & Administrative Support — Provides coordination support to the Director – Creative Services and creative team, including research on industry trends, organizing materials, and supporting presentations and stakeholder communication. Enables senior staff to focus on strategy and high‑level creative decisions

Requirements

  • A technical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Experience in brand promotion/presentation, video production, and storytelling
  • Knowledge of news media, entertainment, and video production workflows
  • Maintain brand authenticity throughout all creative work
  • Deliver and present creative concepts to Creative and Marketing partners and project stakeholders
  • Assist in the production of a variety of assets and understands file preparation/deadlines/delivery
  • Research industry trends, techniques and materials and apply to design solutions
  • Knowledge of social media and digital production, trends, and key audience data

Preferred

  • 2+ years multimedia marketing experience
  • BA/BFA degree in Communications
