Responsibilities

• The biggest part of this role is creative production. You’ll help design ads, edit short-form videos, and support content creation for campaigns across social media and paid advertising.
• While you’ll also get exposure to campaign strategy, media buying, and marketing systems, we’re primarily looking for someone with a strong creative eye who enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life.
• Alongside creative work, you’ll also support the team with campaign setup, media buying tasks, research, and general marketing operations.

Requirements

• Experience creating visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar design platforms
• Experience editing short-form video content for social media or digital marketing
• Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Strong creative eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Highly driven with the ability to stay focused and execute tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in building a career in marketing, advertising, or creative production
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
• Portfolio of creative work (design, video editing, or social content) is strongly encouraged

Preferred

• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is a plus
• Passion for the health, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus
