Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build quick moodboards and visual directions
- Turn references into executable ideas (not just decks)
- Develop concepts for short-form content
- Shoot content (iPhone or camera)
- Direct simple scenes, environments, and talent
- Style basic setups (props, lighting, composition)
- Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
- Maintain strong pacing, tone, and aesthetic
- Turn 1 idea into multiple pieces of content
- Concept → shoot → edit within 24–48 hours
Requirements
- Portfolio or Instagram required (non-negotiable)
- Must be able to shoot and edit content independently
- Strong eye for composition, lighting, and mood
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate
