Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day management of key accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact and dictate marketing strategy for a set of lower-touch clients
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• Launch and manage media campaigns across social, search, and metasearch
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Prepare client materials, reports, and presentations
• Track budgets, invoicing, and overall account health
• Support and guide Account Coordinators on tasks and workflows

Requirements

• 2-3 years of agency-side account management or digital marketing experience across multiple disciplines
• Project management experience and the ability to excel at juggling multiple projects and timelines at once
• Comfortable knowledge of PPC, SEO, Display Advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
• Comfortable leading internal/external conversations with clients, partners and team members
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems, while collaborating with team members, utilizing all resources available
• Strong oral, problem-solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills
• Must be a confident, flexible, multitasker, and be able to work independently.
