Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, editing, and ongoing maintenance of investment related marketing content, including product briefs, presentations, web content, emails, and educational materials
  • Assist in translating complex investment concepts into clear, digestible messaging for financial advisor audiences
  • Coordinate content updates across platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements
  • Support the execution of email marketing tied to investment content, webinars, and events
  • Provide logistics and marketing support for virtual events
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Investment Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to support go to market initiatives
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing activities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role within financial services or a regulated industry
  • Experience in investment products, financial markets, or advisor focused businesses preferred (or strong interest in developing this knowledge)
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, or a related field
